This is a character property(Georgian/ Victorian) on the South side of Hereford and has lots of local history.

Adjacent to King George V park and lovely river walks. South Hereford with easy access to Ross on Wye Monmouth , Abergavenny ,as well as local routes.

15 mins walk to Hereford Cathedral and City centre...30 mins walk to the railway station.

One allocated parking space will be available from June but meanwhile parking is available on the Street directly Infront of the house. as there are no parking restrictions.

It is approximately a 10/15 mins walk into the city. through the beautiful park..

I am a former health professional approaching retirement and am looking for a like minded respectful individual to rent a room in my home
. My current renter is here for a 3 month work exchange and will be leaving on 22nd of June.

I have a 4 year old cocker spaniel who is well trained and very friendly. and a young poodle . If you are a dog lover, all the better, if not then I and they will be respectful of your personal space as
they are not allowed in the bedrooms so your room (and the bathroom next to it) will be a dog free zone. They are i crate trained and have their own space too .

The facilities in the house include a kitchen , lounge, garden room and a south facing garden wish can also be shared .There is a large bathroom with a powerful shower above the large bath and a sink and Toilet.

My current renter is on work exchange from Australia and will be moving at the end of July so there will be two rooms available from June 22nd

I am happy to let for short term ( to the right person) but if someone was looking to make this their permanent home and were the right fit for myself , my dogs and my lifestyle a long term let maybe available.
The room would be ideal for a professional mature person who works during the week cleans up after themselves and wants to enhance their space and enjoy some peace and quiet.
It is not suitable for someone working from home but does have good fast fibre broadband.
I am looking for lodgers who has good communication skills and will not raid food stores or cupboards and /or disrespect my personal space.
