Single room in 2 bed property / drive & garden

I am renting a single room shared use of kitchen, bathroom and living room with me.
Previous lodgers have been students or worked at the hospital. It's in walking distance of the hospital and easy bike ride to college, hospital and rotherwas if you don't drive.
I'm looking for someone who is looking for a home from home for approx 1 year while they study or work in Hereford but has their main home somewhere else.
There's a driveway and a shed for a bike, walking distance of co op, tesco express, premier shop, chip shop, post office, bargain booze and 4 min drive to asda.
You'll have access to the kitchen with your own cupboard and space in fridge and freezer along with use of all my kitchen stuff.
The room will have a single bed with storage and chest of drawers and additional furniture as required.
I'm looking for someone who likes to come home after work/ college and watch TV, relax etc
