I'm 34 years old, looking for someone who is respectful, friendly and reasonably tidy (as I am.) I'm not really a party person so someone who is similar would be ideal. I'm a relaxed, easy-going person who wouldn't mind socialising with someone I live with but I also like my own privacy and I'm good at recognising this in other people.
2 bedroom house with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Small patio back garden - very low maintenance.

Moorfield Street - 5 minute walk to City Centre
