South of Hereford - Rooms to rent - Read in full

I have a draft date of moving in 29th July. You can view the rooms once I have the keys and moving in date will be subject to only me doing the paint/carpets/furniture.

I do have a dog (small/medium) who is very friendly. I'm pretty flexible in regards to how long you want to rent the room/rooms, I am open to couples but the cost would change.

Please note the house will need some work, carpets, painting etc. But everything currently works and any planned works will be discussed before completed. I don't plan to be knocking down walls whilst I'm renting the rooms out.

I don't care if you work from home or shifts. I would rather a friendly house mate.
