Hereford - Friendly Household

Choice of one of two rooms available for renting in the South of Hereford.

The small room will be at £450 but does have the option of renting an extra room that is located downstairs that could be used as a computer room or other wise.

Or the medium size room at £550.

I am a professional Landlord who spends 60% of his time in the house. I already have a lodger who is very considerate and friendly.

I do have a dog who will be visiting on/off. I am happy to consider most animals but he must get on with them. He likes most dogs, but cats he will just chase.
I also have a partner who will be visiting on some weekends.

I am looking for a lodger who is friendly and understands the house is a work in progress. I will always fix anything that needs fixing urgently. But it has a working kitchen/bathroom etc.

The garden is a large size and is open to use. There is a shop nearby. Bus routes to the City is a walkable distance, or you can walk into town within 20 minutes.

I am happy for anything from 1 month to open ended contract.

Both rooms need painting and I am happy to consider colours. The medium room carpet is red and small room will be blue.
