A lovely spacious basement room is available to rent in our home. The room has a comfy double bed, desk, t. v, and ample storage and hanging space.
The house is a Victorian terrace situated on a quiet friendly street in central Hereford (St James area)10 minutes walk from the city centre, hospital, swimming pool and gym, and just a short stroll away from the beautiful River Wye and various parks. There are two shared bathrooms and a large kitchen dining area with good facilities.
All bills and decent internet connection included.
We are a young friendly family in our 30s, who are used to sharing, and require somebody quiet tidy and considerate!
Ideal for full time working professionals, looking for a short term temporary accommodation. Strictly non smokers only.
