Double Room: Mon-Fri Short term

Furnished double room to rent with TV, WIFI (fibre optic), chest of drawers, and open clothes hanging system & other storage.
The rest of the house will be shared with myself, my husband and 2 friendly cats (Kitchen / dining room, Lounge, Bathroom, Garden & off-road parking).

We occasionally use the room for friends & family at weekends so we are looking for Monday to Friday lodgers only.

We are not suited for someone looking for a more permanent home.

mon-fri £75 (£15 per night)

Situated in Bobblestock, which is North of the city, we are a few minutes walk to a supermarket, on a bus route, 2 pubs approx 10 mins walk, a brisk half hours walk to town, a few minutes drive from the gym (Halo Leisure Centre & a newly opened Puregym).
There are a random selection of other shops in the vicinity.

We play badminton most weeks and sometimes short of a 4th player and would welcome an extra, and an extra brain at the local quiz! We both work full time and generally have quiet relaxing evenings when home.
