Lovely, light double / twin room looking for single let or 2 friends - £105 7-day week (Mon-Fri welcome - rent reduced to £82). Spacious, with big bay window and nice outlook. Furnished, and has room for your own pieces. Close to colleges, and easy walk to hospital, etc. 15 minutes' or so brisk walk to town. 1 minute to useful corner shop.
Clean, relaxed, comfortable and welcoming house with pretty, enclosed garden. Large kitchen, utility room, sitting room, office, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and downstairs loo.
TV point in room. Parking on driveway. Weekly cleaner.

Seeking a considerate, tidy and clean housemate. Much as I love pets, I have a cat, and an elderly cat visiting at weekends, so I'm sorry but I can't consider live-in dogs. Cultural interests would make for interesting conversation, but so do lots of other things, so it's not essential!

Share with sociable, outgoing but fairly quiet mum and a cute cat, with university-age children visiting occasionally, and partner visiting weekly.
