Double Room for Rent in Whitecross

I'm an easy going live in landlord looking to rent my spare room.
Its is a double bedroom, fully furnished (however I can remove items as required). I enjoy sports, the outdoors, socialising/trips to the pub, films and cooking (certainly willing to cook for my room mate as and when).

The house is a 3 bed semi in Whitecross (near the Brit) with a large kitchen, living room and garden. Although there is no off road parking the house is on a quiet street with plenty of spaces, parking is never an issue.

I'm looking for an easy going, clean & tidy room mate.

The rent is £350 per month, which includes all bills, broadband and TV.
