We will be renovating a house, so looking to a rent a room or two for up to 6 months or so, while awaiting planning permission. 5 mins walk to train station, hospital, ten mins to town or college.
Includes use of bathrooms, kitchen, office, sitting and utility room plus garden area.
The house is undergoing some pre works before the renovation starts, it may be possible for some rooms to be rented out for a longer period.
