Large Room For Rent Close To Asda

Hi there , have two large rooms to rent one ready now one in two weeks both the same size , house is nice and quiet there are two big dogs here at mo but will be leaving in two weeks . House is clean and tidy so are rooms . People must be easy going as don't like anything else in my house , all mod cons here washer dryer ect also including unlimited internet . Can see asda from front door so close to town , all rent has to be payed up front either weekly or monthy but preferred monthly . I ask for £350 for a large room and a deposit of £150 which has to be payed before moving in which u will get back when u leave aslong as u don't do damage to house/room ect .
