I unexpectedly have for let a double furnished room on the affluent road of Aylestone Hill.

There are 5 rooms in the house that share a kitchen (with washing facilities), shower and two toilets.

All bills are paid for except electricity which is metered by a pound coin meter.

All tenants are working or retired except one who is in full time education. Only looking for working tenants please.

£200 deposit required.

Happy to except a couple but the rent would then be £110/week.
