Room available beginning of february at a 2 bedroom flat in a quiet area but walking distance into city centre. Must be fine with a cat. Double room is furnished but can be let unfurnished if you prefer. Security deposit of 100 pounds but can be negotiated. I do not currently have broadband but this can be discussed if you require it.
