Room available in popular area of Hereford

I'm looking for a female lodger for the spare bedroom in my Victorian terraced house near the centre of Hereford. The room has recently been decorated and is available from Monday to Friday long term or short term full time. The kitchen, bathroom and dining room will be shared. £20 per night, or £110 for a full week Wi-Fi and utilities included. The house is a 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre of Hereford, Sainsbury's, Tesco Express, a great pub and a very good chip shop only a 5 minute walk away.
