Double room to rent in a nice, quiet home

I have a double room to rent in a nice quiet, spacious home in Holmer. The room is unfurnished, though can be discussed if being furnished is a requirement.

I have a lovely friendly dog who sadly suffers from a genetic condition which causes him to have fits, which in turn breaks down his nervous system. This can be brought on by over excitement so I am therefore looking for someone who is respectful of this, and ideally someone who is not too loud.

There is a large living room, a nice modern kitchen, and a decent sized bathroom. Parking is available also.

All bills are included, and there is free fast fibre broadband available.
