Single room, nice area, outskirts of city

Reasonable sized and nicely furnished single bedroom with good storage options in warm and comfortable house which is in a quiet area, definitely not a party house. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Gardens to front and rear, the fairly secluded rear catching the afternoon and evening sun. Open conservatory/patio for smoking outside (not in the house please)
I travel frequently and am pretty understanding and accepting of the differences between us all, it's what makes life varied and interesting.
All I ask for, and give, is a decent level of respect and care for the property and others needs, and to share cleaning of communal spaces etc.
I reckon that covers most of it.
