Very comfortable accomodation for a considerate, responsible and self sufficient student or professional working away from home in need of a single room and adjoining study/sitting room, but who will mostly have full use of the house and garden. Quiet residential road with driveway parking. Location is approx 4 miles from centre of Hereford and excellent for Holme Lacy College, though sadly the village itself has no amenities. There are daily buses but having own transport is esserntial.
