Double bedroom in a well looked after mid terraced house on the outskirts of Ledbury. Easy access to the town centre, also motorway link via M50. Equidistant to Hereford, Gloucester, Worcester. Peaceful location.

There is a double bed in the available room but little other furnishings. I can furnish this, but will wait in case you would like to bring your own things. The rest of the house is furnished. Sole use of bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Shared use of kitchen and sitting room and conservatory. No dishwasher. I do have an oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer and microwave. Use of office. All I would like is a friendly, easy-going person who keeps the space tidy.

I can take on a smoker as long as they smoke outside, are not a chain smoker who leaves a mess and lets the smell drift into the house.
