We have a double bedroom self contained annexe available, with private living room, conservatory, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

Flexible living as the house is on the market for sale, so access will be required for viewings and would need to be our furniture and kept immaculate.

It is a lovely space with its own garden. It is linked to the main house. We have a large drive for a car.

We would be looking for a quiet professional single person, who is chill and happy with the arrangement.

We have a cat and dog on site. We are a married couple, one a teacher and one works from home in the workshop in the grounds.

Council tax band G but All bills included. Sky TV, broadband.
