Room on the edge of Ledbury

Double room offered in old-fashioned cottagey property. Situated on the outskirts of Ledbury with large garden and adjoining woods with footpaths and bike trails, would be ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors. 10 minutes walk to train station or to town centre. Plenty of car parking space adjoins the property.
I would like to think my home is happy and generally fairly relaxed; comfortable but not spotless! I reckon I'm fairly flexible and tolerant in my living habits and would look for the same in someone sharing the home with me. I have a cat. I'm not officially vegetarian but eat meat rarely.
I am looking to rent to a woman who is either employed full-time or a student. If a student I can reduce the rent a bit if you are eligible not to pay council tax. I don't have a TV license so if you wanted to watch live TV legally you would need to buy your own.
