This room is in North Herefordshire on the Welsh border, NOT Hertfordshire near London.

Mon-Fri let preferred but happy to come to an arrangement for full time or occasional weekends at additional cost.

Double Bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp included. You will have you own private bathroom downstairs with shower, toilet, sink, storage and heated towel rail.

The home is modern, built only in 2021, warm and well insulated with triple glazing. 2 bed 2 bath with large open plan kitchen/living. Off road parking space for the tennant, quite and private garden.

Live in landlord with hybrid WFH schedule.
Would suit working professional, no students, prefer someone who doesn't work from home, prefer female Tennant.

All bills included. Deposit 1 months rent. 1 months notice. Short term let's considered, max 6 months but with opportunity to renew.

Available end Jan 2025.
Could be available sooner if needed. Monthly or night by night agreement could be negotiated, depending on the tenant.
