I have a double room to rent in my modern new build house which is on the outskirts of Leominster town. I am a female, mid 30s and also have a friendly Labrador dog.
The room itself is a double room, recently decorated with new carpet. The room can be furnished, part furnished or unfurnished, I really don't mind. At the moment there is very comfortable single bed and a wardrobe.
Shared living/ dining area, kitchen and garden with an off-road parking space.
I haven't posted photos of the room as yet as I am in the process of moving furniture around, it looks a little untidy! I really welcome you to get in touch if you are interested so I can meet in person and show the room.
