A single room has become available in a 2 bedroom terrace house in Leominster.
A town centre, college, primary school, train station and local shops are 3-5 minute walk.
So, I am looking for a woman who is clean, tidy and friendly.
The single furnished room comes with a comfy double bed and mattress, bedside cabinet and storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine tumble dryer and fridge freezers and is to be shared as is the fully furnished living/dining room and bathroom.
Price would be £490/month with all bills: Electric, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence and High Speed broadband are included!
Parking available at all times
THE PROCESS:
If you would like to view the room, please contact me to arrange a viewing. This can be in person, or I can offer video call viewing. Tenants must have the Right To Rent within the UK and therefore will need to supply necessary documentation to verify this. Please bring along photo ID at time of viewing.
The suitable tenant will be required to pass affordability checks & will be asked to provide referencing of 3 months bank statements, proof of income, previous address history & Guarantor details (if necessary).

Once the Application Form and referencing checks are complete, you will be sent a contract which can be signed online. You will at this point be responsible for paying a security deposit, and one month’s rent in advance (less your initial holding deposit if applicable) Your deposit will be protected in a government backed safety deposit scheme in line with current legislation.

The whole process can be completed online fairly quickly.
