Rent is negotiable depending on one or two bedroom

The price would come down if both rooms were needed by you. 1 single and 1 double room available if wanted or two single. I could cook if wanted or do your own I dont mind. You may share the lounge and dining room. There are 2 bathrooms in the house and a large kitchen with eating area. There is a garden and drive for parking. I am easy going and polite. You may smoke outside if you are a smoker. I dont mind one person renting or a couple.
