Good sized bedroom for professional, non-smoker. On first floor, shared family bathroom with one other person, shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

I work 5 days a week, and live quite quietly. I have a dog and 2 cats, and hens. There is no off road parking, but the street is free and not restricted and a public car park is extremely close, and free between 6pm and 8am. 5 minutes walk to the railway station or into the town centre. One other lodger. Must like pets!
