This advert is for TWO ROOMS WITH ENSUITE: a large double room and a separate office space. No Couples. Pets considered.

The house is in a quiet residential area in Lower Bullingham, across from the WYE INN, 14 minutes by bike to Beefy Boys (town centre), and on the 78/x bus route.

Looking for professionals, LGBTQ+ preferred. We share a love of sci-fi movies, table top games, good food and chilled atmosphere. Must have excellent sense of humour. Our aim is to have a drama-free house filled with people who, while they don't live in each other's pockets, are at least friendly and conscientious to each other’s needs to create a calm and considerate living space. We are a No Drama, safe space household who like to hang out sometimes in the evenings and share a glass of wine - or two.
