This is not an HMO where every room is a bedroom and filled to the roof. This is a large home and garden with only 3 occupants (you included).

Looking for a professional ideally, would suit a mature student, work from home, LGBTQ+ and female preferred. We share a love of sci-fi movies, table top games, crafting, good food and chilled atmosphere. Must have excellent sense of humour. Our aim is to have a drama-free house filled with people who, while they don't live in each other's pockets, are at least friendly and conscientious to each other’s needs to create a calm and considerate living space. We are a No Drama, safe space household who like to hang out sometimes in the evenings and share a glass of wine - or two.
