Double Room with ensuite

My housemate is moving to America so a double room with ensuite will be available. Close to the historical towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye. This is a slightly rural location so own transport required. The room is part furnished with a bed and dressing table and will be newly decorated. There is a spacious room /walkin wardrobe for clothes and extra storage. The bathroom is spacious with toilet ,handbasin and bath the shower is situated down the hall and is shared with myself and another. The room is situated at the end of the house giving plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. The lounge ,kitchen area and dining room are shared. Single occupancy only. Cats considered but sorry no dogs .Photos of room will be uploaded as soon as it is decorated.
