I am the current tennant, 25 years old and run my own business so I'm in and out a lot of the time. My girlfriend occasionally visits with her small Spaniel. Housemate is leaving for a mew job out of the area however she leaves with hesitation as she has loved being here. I have lived here now since last Summer and love living here. Great landlord, incredible views, superb location and great value. I live downstairs with my own bathroom.

I'm after someone around my own age (male or female) who I can get along with. I'm very easy going. A fairly normal 25year old chap to be honest.

Pub down the road in walking distance, Hereford a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. Nearest supermarket is Tesco or ASDA and there is a local village shop.
