Double room in detached house

Private double bedroom in detached 3 bed house. The rest of the house will be shared. The only thing I ask is notice if your bringing someone home, purely so I can make other arrangements, also no parties. We have a small garden with basic furniture. I would expect the house to be kept tidy. Housework would be shared, it would be good if we could get on as friends. I am very committed to my partner however circumstances don't allow us to live together. She will be present for all interviews of prospective housemates my 19 year old daughter may also be there as she will be using the 3rd bedroom occasionally. Please don't be put off by this as we are a very easy going household.
