I can offer a single room in my bungalow. 8miles from Hereford and 10 miles from Hay-on-Wye. I'm near to Bridge Sollars to it's easy to get to both north and south Hereford. I live in a rural location so a car would probably be a necessity. Parking is not a problem. I have a dog so you would need to get on well with him. The walks around here are great so if you enjoy walking this would suit you. The property is partially refurbished so looks a bit shabby in places. However there is a new kitchen and new bathroom. There is a utility with an inside drying line. I have a lovely big garden which you would be welcome to use. There is also a garage for bikes etc. I'm looking for a lodger who appreciates and enjoys rural life.
