Double room in lovely country house in Goodrich easy access to Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, FoD, Hereford, Gloucester & Newport. Additional storage available in outbuilding. Must like dogs. Bills incl. except phone & food. There is not an ensuite but there is a bathroom next door to the room, which is not the bathroom primarily used by the owners. Lodger must be clean & tidy and respectful of the lovely house, area and neighbours in this small and friendly hamlet. Happy to do a deal on evening meal and basic breakfast inclusive price @ £495 per month, if lodger is not fussy and happy to eat whatever we are having.
