A fully furnished double room.

Broadband, landline phone and TV included plus all bedding, towels etc. A shared bathroom and kitchen. I am hoping to find an older, single female to share my house long term if possible. I’m not adverse to short term lettting and pets accompanying a person willing to share my house. There is room for negotiation over which bedroom would suit best. The driveway is shared but parking permits can be obtained nearby.. I’m a non driver so this is not an issue for me.
