I'm a friendly, 45 year old male and will largely spend my time in Solihull so it will usually just be you in residence.

I have had the property extensively refurbished to include a modern kitchen, bathroom, central heating system etc. The house is incredibly cozy in winter with loads of light all year round.

Full Fibre Ultrafast broadband with full WiFi throughout. On street parking with your own parking permit if you have a car. Plenty of room for a desk in the room should you wish.
