A quiet, much-loved home in a peaceful neighbourhood. This bright and comfortable three-bedroom house has a lovely relaxing feel and includes:

▶ A large, tranquil garden

🛌 Your Room

A large and comfortable double room furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and a chair. You’ll share the living areas, being able to relax and watch TV in your room, the dining room or the lounge.

😊 About the Homeowner

You’ll be sharing with a kind, independent and active 75-year-old who has lived in her home for many years. The homeowner is a qualified acupuncturist and works from home three mornings a week (with a separate entrance for clients).

She enjoys walking, birdwatching, reading, good dramas, the Great British Sewing Bee, and playing games like Scrabble and Rummikub. She values companionship but also her own space — she’d love someone friendly to share occasional meals, watch TV together or play a game in the evenings (perhaps 1–2 times per week).

The homeowner has an elderly cat, so unfortunately, it wouldn’t be suitable for someone bringing pets. She’d prefer a non-smoker, ideally a woman, but is open-minded for the right person.
