Double and single rooms - house share

Single Bed room with a bedside table, chest of draws and a wardrobe.
I have a cleaner that does the communal areas once per week.
minimum stays are 3 months but I can do shorter term tenancies if needed, Please ask!!

All bills included: Council tax, unlimited broadband, gas, electricity and water, fridge freezers, washing machine and separate dryer The house has just been fully renovated (new kitchen and bathroom etc) Each room has its own fridge freezer and kitchen space allocated

Quiet location close to hospital (half a mile) train/bus station and city centre. There is a bus stop located outside the house.

Short walk into city centre, and other amenities - Shops, great pubs etc

The property has a shared Kitchen/diner.

Patio and grassed lawn area to the rear with a shed for bike storage.

There is off road parking available (private drive) as well as permit parking available on the road. Only 2 parking spaces available (can not guarantee a space)

Please note there is no smoking permitted inside! Smoking is only allowed outside the property!

Couples are not permitted due to licensing conditions. Room is for single occupancy only please
