Bright single room in quiet house

Newly decorated bright single room in Hampton Dene, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking and secure bike storage.

Hampton Dene is a residential area 15 minutes walk to Folly Lane colleges or 25 minutes to the hospital. There is a regular bus into town.

We are offering a simple room in a quiet family home, suitable for students or professionals.

The room is clean and bright, overlooking fields and a beautiful oak tree.
The house has three reception rooms and a kitchen. There is a main bathroom and a downstairs WC, and we have most mod cons (washing machine, broadband, Netflix..)

We have a friendly long haired cat, who sleeps downstairs at night.

The room is unsuitable for someone working from home. We have a preference for Monday to Friday but there is flexibility for the right person. As there are children in the house, we would strongly prefer our lodger to be female and DBS checked . The room is unsuitable for overnight visitors.
