The double room is on the ground floor overlooking the patio and garden. It has a king-size bed and fitted cupboards with plenty of storage, plus own TV and kettle. The weekly rent is £110 single occupancy, £130 double occupancy. Gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and Council Tax are all included.
The kitchen is shared, as is the bathroom, and a large living room. There is off-road parking space, broadband , freezer, washing machine and other usual amenities. Suit quiet occupant.
Short-term lets considered for a slightly higher rent.
There is a vegetable plot available if wanted, with unlimited supply of stable manure!
I am a former teacher now writing travel books, giving travel talks and coaching in Maths; I also breed rare horses from Central Asia.
I am happy to take most pets except dogs. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Please note: The number of lodgers is temporarily 2, hence a low rent on the room. One person plans to move out at the end of January, when rents will revert to normal - i. e. £130/£150 a week for the double room.
