Conveniently situated close to major road networks, between Monmouth and Ross and on a bus route. comfortable farmhouse, central heating, open fires etc. plenty of parking and outdoor space, adjustments for Mon to Fri subject to arrangements. Three month minimum let, one months notice required thereafter. Friendly happy household + 2 cats. Stabling and grazing available for own horse if required.(with adjustments) Pets possible subject to circumstance and mutual agreement. Strictly non-smoking though you are welcome to smoke outside.
