Looking for easy going flat mate

Looking for someone to rent a double room. I don’t live there in the week so you would have the whole house to yourself and I will only be there on the very rare weekend.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and kind. I am very easy going but also very clean, and would expect the same from a flat mate.

You would have the choice of room to pick from and there is the potential to have your own living space separate from the bedroom. If all bills are to be included my current lodger pays a different price with everything included (please ask) and will vouch that its like renting a whole house to herself.

If interested it would be great for you to meet my current lodger, who is kindly helping with views while I am working away and come view the property!

If you like the place I will ensure i get down for an evening one weekend so we can vibe check each other!
