Large House Share In Whitecross

I have one dounle room available, and one ensuite room available

Its a large house with 5 rooms

A large kitchen and garden its situated 5mins walk from town, 2 mins from sainsburys and aldi's.

There is no allocated parking so please do not ask to view if you need off street parking.

You must be respectable of other housemates and keep noise to a minimum. All housemates currently have been there for years.

You must work full time.

You must speak good English so we can communicate if there is a problem.

You must be willing to open your room to us after a 24 hour notice if needs be.

Due to people not paying and lying about work etc I am now asking for references from employers stating the persons contracted hours.
