The room is furnished and includes TV access includes Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Sky Movies, Netflix, Amazon Prime. All of this is available on TV in room and on TV in shared living room and is included in the rent.
Shared accommodation would include the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms and garden areas.
The garden is a large, patio area.
There is off road parking available but no garage.
The monthly fee includes all bills, except personal items such as groceries.
I am a live-in landlord.
A security deposit of £300 is required.
