We have a double en-suite room suitable for block release students or full time students available in our family home. We live in a small village 4 miles outside of Hereford city centre, on a main bus route, 15 mins drive from Holme Lacy College campus, 10 mins from Hereford and Ludlow College. Village amenities include a large shop, fish and chip shop and post office. There is off road parking available.
We have been welcoming students attending Holme Lacy College since 2012. We are happy to accommodate minimum of 4 nights per week or full time accommodation and will adjust rent accordingly. All bills, including wifi are included in the rental income and there is access to a shared lounge and use of the family kitchen.
We are a non smoking family of 3, with two teenage children, and dog. Please get in touch for further info, viewings welcome.
