Housemate(s)* wanted to fill spare room in houseshare. We have a large 4 bedroom house, and need someone, or a couple, to move in to the spare room which will be available from 29th May.

The room is a large, furnished, double bedroom, and there is access to all parts of the house, including the very beautiful garden to the rear of the house. There is a private driveway at the front of the house with parking space for one additional car. Bills are not included in the rental price.

The house also has BT infinity broadband, and entertainment system in the living room.

This would be ideal for a single professional, or couple, as it is close to junction 20 of the M25 and junction 8 of the M1, and is a short walk away from Kings Langley train station, which is only 25 mins away from London Euston.

The house is 10 minutes walk away from the local supermarket and takeaways, and right next door to Leavesden country park.

Current tenants are 2 young professionals, who work in the local area, and are seeking someone to move in after 29th May until October 2013 - potentially could be extended for longer however.
