I'm a 32 yr old who lives in a large 4 bed house in abbots with my dog. I have one lodger but am now having to be away for work for 2-3 months, so am looking to rent out my large ensuite. I will be back some weekends, but will be staying in the spare room. Both myself and the current lodger Work lots and like to relax when at home.
