Large double room in amazing apartment Apsley Lock

I have a large double room available that comes with its own bathroom in an apartment that overlooks Apsley Lock. It's a 4 minute walk to Apsley train station which goes direct into Euston (25 mins)...perfect for London commuters. Parking space included. M25 and M1 are both 5 minutes away.

Rent is £850 per month with no deposit required, bills are on top of that and are around £200 per month each (covers council tax, power and gas, water, broadband). The apartment is fully furnished but the room itself is unfurnished, so you will want to bring your own bed / desk / wardrobes etc.

Apsley Lock is a great place to live, we have a nice pub (The Papermill) right on the canal, a mini supermarket, a pizzeria, a coffee shop and 2 restaurants. There is a Sainsburys and a Tesco express within walking distance.

Me: easy going 53 year old non smoking city professional, very sociable. I play cricket for Hemel Hempstead and go to the gym regularly. I'm Australian by birth but have been here for more than half my life now so I call the UK home. I enjoy music festivals, backpacking when I get the chance and socialising with my friends.

You: I prefer you to be a non smoking professional as well, age and gender not really an issue, sociable but likes their own space, neat and tidy but not to the point of OCD ! Basically i'd like to find a flatmate that I get along with.
