I will be live in landlady in one bedroom.
Not sure of my plans atm, so advertising short term let only (1-3 months) at which point long term may be available.

My property is in very poor decorative and maintenance condition!
So would suit someone who is isnt bothered or is happy to address little things themselves that do bother them.

x1 SMALL shared bathroom, with tiny bath and shower
x1 ground floor boxroom currently used for treadmill
x1 Kitchen/diner
good size back garden and patio
Also to available for rent in garden x2 (10ftx10ft) workshops with electric and lighting, plus x2 regular size sheds if you have a lot of stuff.
