Double Room in Apsley Marina

A double room is available in a large three-bedroom house, just a 1-minute walk from Apsley Marina (though not overlooking it).

The house is currently being updated room by room. The newly renovated kitchen is a fantastic entertaining space with a bar.

There are two bathrooms, and you would have your own dedicated bathroom (though not ensuite). This bathroom is due for an upgrade at the start of next year, meaning you'll eventually have a brand-new suite.

The rear garden has a large decked area, gas BBQ, outdoor seating, a dining area, and a pond, it’s designed for great indoor-outdoor entertaining at summer.

The rest of the house is being updated with new décor, furniture, and carpets, over the next 6-9 months.

The room itself is newly decorated, with brand-new furniture and carpets.

I have a four-year-old Whippet called Ralph, he’s very affectionate and calm.

Parking is available at the rear.

I moved from London last year and really need someone to share the house with, not just for the financial help but also because for the company. So I would prefer someone sociable rather than someone who just stays in their room.

Apsley Marina has a few good restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are within walking distance, and Apsley train station is only a 5-minute walk away; just 30 minutes into London Euston.

I go to the office most days, with the occasional day from home. Ideally looking for someone with similar working patterns.
