I am looking to find a new room mate to share this very spacious and well located flat.

Two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a shared living room / kitchen.

The vibe im hoping for is someone wanting a place that feels like home, where they are free to create their own space but equally also enjoys the social chilled vibes of co-habiting. Theres plenty of room here to find the balance.

This is an idyllic area which is a very nice place to live, with a pleasant and friendly vibe.

Next to the Grand Union Canal & overlooking the marina in Apsley. Nature is extremely accesible close by with countryside also not far away.

On the doorstep is a peaceful bubble of community with several coffee shops, pubs, brunch spots and restaurants who all like to remember the regulars.

🏃‍♂️A local run club is also here on a Sunday and theres other pop up events from time to time.

Plenty of choice available for gyms/sports or recreation facilities locally.

🙋🏻‍♂️A bit about me, I am a 36 year old working freelancer with a creative mind, enjoy sports, tech and am well travelled. Open minded to any thing that sounds like it could interesting. I worked in the public sector until recently so have a pretty varied background. Currently, I do often WFH but with this flat being such a large space there is plenty of room for privacy and your own workspace if also a home worker. Lived out of home since I was 20 so im very used to a variety of shared living setups.

I have lived here for 3.5 years now and not in a rush to leave.
