Large Doube Bedroom - 50/50 Flat share

New flatmate required to join as a 50/50 share of current tenancy. Current flatmate moving out and available immediately subject to vetting.

I am current tenant in a large 2 bedroom rented Flat in Apsley Marina.

This is an idyllic location situated directly overlooking the marina in Apsley, it is a nice place to live. There is a bubble of community here with several coffee shops, burnch spots and restaurants on the doorstep.

The Grand Union canal is also directly adjacent providing easy access to nature and walking spots so it is very easy to find some peaceful spots.

I am a friendly professional creative currently starting my own business having previously worked in public services.
I often WFH but with a large space there is plenty of room for privacy and own workspace for a home worker.

PErfect if you are also a creative aswell as welcome to the shared profession or interests. Equally, no issue for anyone else as most importantly wanting someone who is personable and respectful.

Clean and tidy, housetrained and simply expect the same from another.

I am looking to find someone who is as much an introverted/extrovert as myself. Respectful of need for the balance of personal space as much as wanting to have a friendly, sociable living arrangement.

Outgoing and open minded but also past any kind of party stage so this is perfectly suited for someone wanting a straightforward living arrangement that also includes a warm sociable setup.

I have lived here for 3.5 year and with the perfect location, an equally personable and ameniable landlord who is as invovlved as much or as littel as welcomed, which is incredibly lucky, i dont really want to leave but need a room mate to share the living costs.

I have lived with multiple other shared living setups over the years so understand the mutual need for respectful balanced co-habiting.

Residents parking permit for each tenant. (No extra cost)

Apsley Station is a 5 minute walk just the other side of the canal.
- Watford 5 minutes
-London 30 minutes
- Milton Keynes 30 minutes

Double bedroom
Own bathroom (Not ensuite)

Bedroom
- Large Wardrobe already in bedroom
-No bed or other furniture
Living Spaces:
- Sofa, TV, PS5, Desk in living room for new shared use( I have own desk setup in room though so would be free use most of the time)

Rent/Bills:
Approximate cost is £975 PCM (This includes current cost of bills) Approximate is due to dependant on arrangement/contract to be confirmed by estate agent

-If co-tenancy agreement then rent will be split £1475 two ways and then bills sorted between housemates

- If sub tenant then it will be rent (bills included)

This includes:
Wifi
SKY TV inc. cinema and sports with Netflix and prime -Also there is a SKy multiroom box in each bedroom

Deposit: approximately £800 TBC but unlikely to be much more or less awaiting confirmation from Lettings agency.
Fully secured and through deposit safe scheme
