Double room in Apsley Lock

Double room available in Apsley Lock from 1st July due to my current flat mate selfishly getting a job in trendy south London.
The flat is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is spacious. We love people coming round for the first time because "it's like a tardis!"
Room is unfurnished, but comes with built in wardrobes, and is a good sized double. It isn't technically en-suite, however you would have sole use of the main bathroom, which is next to the bedroom. So basically an en-suite. Set in the delightful grounds of Apsley Lock, the sitting room boasts a view of the marina, there is parking and an array of wonderful places to get a very decent take away.

You'd be sharing with me, Holly, current flat mate, teacher, binge watcher of Netflix, amateur cyclist. I like chatting over a cup of tea, or a glass of wine, and the local is simply over a bridge opposite the flat.

Looking for someone to share this great flat with me as a home rather than pass like ships in the night.
