Close to local shops and Hemel town centre. 15 min walk to Apsley train station and close to M1.
You will have your own shelf in fridge and also the freezer, or option to have own fridge freezer, this would be in your room. A cupboard will also be yours in the kitchen.
We are both shift workers, with one working nights and would expect consideration for this please.
Use of the living room is not included, however would be fine when we are not at home.
A weekday tenant would also be welcome, for £400. 00 PCM, this would Monday evening to Friday morning.
